All watches and other products sold on Watches of New Zealand, come with a warranty and guaranteed to be authentic. Since Watches of New Zealand does not follow manufacturers suggested retail prices (MSRP), we are not authorized by the brands to provide a manufacturer’s warranty. Therefore, at Watches of New Zealand , we provide our own warranty to replace the exact same manufacturer's warranty.

Watches of New Zealand purchases it's goods only via respected industry wholesalers/distributors or authorized dealers. All items are guaranteed authentic.

All New / Unworn items:

• are original, with all original parts and authentic
• come with original manufacturer’s serial numbers intact
• are not refurbished, factory seconds, or replica products
• have a 1-year warranty program
