Shipping policy
Watches of New Zealand currently dispatch mainly from Auckland, with some inventory stored in Dubai, UAE, for international orders.
For international orders shipped outside New Zealand, local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if applicable) are charged by us at checkout.
However, should you return an item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. Every item shipped out of our warehouse is fully insured by DHL or the NZ post office. Order process time ranges from 0-2 days and delivery time can typically range from 1 to 6 days (rural/remote areas may take longer) All items are shipped insured. Note that air and ground shipping times are measured in business days.
You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped from our warehouse.

Returns
Return shipping charges for items not specifically covered under warranty coverage or otherwise damaged or defective will be deducted from any refunds given.
Insurance
Watches of New Zealand provides insurance coverage for every item we ship out. Note: You may be asked to sign for the package upon delivery.
Shipping and Delivery Problems
If a shipped order was lost or damaged, the shipping carrier must conduct an investigation. Please contact Watches of New Zealand to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package cannot be located, the shipping carrier will process a claim for the package. Claims can take up to two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Watches of New Zealand, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is no longer available, and a similar item is rejected, Watches of New Zealand will gladly refund your original payment.
If there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order or if the item delivered is the wrong item, please contact Watches of New Zealand to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies not notified to Watches of New Zealand within 5 days may not be eligible for replacement. Please do not use items that you believe are incorrect as it may void our ability to exchange or replace the items.
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment if your item is defective. You may be asked to provide photographs of the discrepant item(s) to help us better assist you.
Packaging
In the unlikely event that goods are received with damaged packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc. Watches of New Zealand reserves the right to replace the original packaging of products sold herein. Watches of New Zealand cannot guarantee a replacement of the manufacturer’s original packaging.
